NFS Most Wanted 2012 locks up on loading screen

When I run NSF Most Wanted 2012 via origin it locks up on the loading screen. I have left it on this screen for over 5 hours without any progress. How do I fix the problem. I have windows 7 64bit ...

Dude ask these guys for refund because they are not interested in fixing, I am tired of seeing these errors.
