NFS Most Wanted Single Player

Why am I still at the top of the most wanted list when I deleted all my storage for NFS so I could restart the game?? It goes through the tutorial but then after it still shows me all my money that I earned before I deleted everything and that I'm the most wanted, how do I change that so I have to earn everything like when you first play the game??
