When you have a moment can we check if the following steps are able to help us?

  1. Close other running applications on your device
  2. Try running the client and game as an admin
  3. Verify the game in via your Steam library
  4. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
  5. Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
  6. Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

      Hi @Blackj_Jerome, What is the Steam ID your currently using? Also to check, would it be possible to try a different network to check if this continues?
