If you believe you are missing paid items, then you should talk to support. There should be a "support" button inside of the game.
I am not missing paid items, I bought 5 boxes and got 5 boxes. The problem is that if you buy 5 at once it only adds 1 to the counter of the crew mission "Open 300 upgrade boxes combined ". If I buy 1 box 5 times in a row it counts 5 boxes. Hope this explains it better.
