@Ksalinka1 Go to your garage and upgrade your Subaru BRZ with the materials you won from the races you did.
You should then be able to race afterwards.
@Ksalinka1 Yea, you must have done the first 2 races in Chapter 1 of Underground. The first 2 races have no PR restrictions. Plus, you must have gotten materials from winning your first 2 races.
Apply those materials to your Subaru BRZ and your car should then meet the PR requirement for the third race in Chapter 1.
