NFS: no limits stuck on loading screen

Im currently running on ios 9.0.2 , iphone 6s plus. However when i open up the need for speed : no limits app , it will remain stuck on the loading screen . I have tried to re-download and re-opened ...

I have the iOS 9.1.2 and it is still not loading what do I do. HELP!!!
