NFS PAYBACK - CHAPTER 3, 44% STUCK, CAN'T ACTIVATE MISSION "OFFROAD REMATCH" AGA

I've reached a point in NFS Payback where I can't activate the mission called "Off road Rematch" it's currently in the city in the bottom right of the map as an orange icon with an exclamation mark. It says I need to beat Nessim in a rematch. I've already beaten him all the way up to & beaten, Udo Roth.

This mission will not let me progress through the story, it only tells me to change my car. It gives me a choice of an off road or street car. Neither will start the mission.

I have redone all the courier missions, plus all missions for Mac, Jess & Tyler's missions for Chapter 3 & previous.

    I am having trouble with the Offroad Rematch mission when I click RB to start it does not do anything and I am in need of help from anyone who knows how to solve my problem I can't hook it up to the internet so I can't update unless I take it to my older sister and her fiance apartment but I can't take it if anyone knows how to solve my problem please reply to this post
