Yeah ... that didnt work, i have done a Fresh install of Windows and it now works

@SgtKilowog try this steps:

-- close Origin

-- download dxwebsetup and run/install it as Admin

-- close all programs as this

-- run Origin as Admin

-- check

  But the problem is solved. He re-installed windows and the game worked from there.
