NFS Payback 30 fps cap on PlayStation 4?! Really?!
I hope I can recover my PS4 packaging and get my money back. Omg, what a huge letdown. I would take 60 fps over 4K any day. 30 fps in a racing game in 2017 ...

I should have been clearer. Every Console Version of Need For Speed has Run at 30 FPS maximum. Early PSX/PSone games ran at a fixed 24 fps which was the set framerate of the console. PS2 games ran at 30 fps +/-2 frames due to it's variable framerate refresh system (this is proven by the system PCSX2 which adopts the same system for framerate). All other consoles have run at 30 frames per second. Your recollection is flawed.
