NFS Payback Can’t go online PS4

Question

Hi, &nbsp;I AM ABLE to go online with the parent account in NFS Payback on PS4 but not on the kids account. It is fully open and able to play other M rated games. The tips sheet listed on the error message does not offer a solution for me since I can get on with one account but not another over the same internet and PS4.&nbsp;

Is the kids account linked to an underage EA account? This could explain why the online mode is being restricted.&nbsp;🤔
