NFS Payback Cannot access community wraps tab/do not know where it is

I've looked everywhere and cannot find the community wraps access point. ive disconnected the share from on to off to on and still nothing. can i get a hand as to where it is or what i need to do? I'...

Paint & Wraps -> Library -> Community
When you are in library, press tab (on pc) or find the button as indicated in the menu.

If you go into library and press E you will get to the community wraps

  Uve got to connect to ea servers before you can get community wraps or shipments
