Need for Speed (2015) - game not loading

Hello, wished I didn't had to start a discussion, however it appears that after spending a whole day trying to troubleshoot the hell-ish realm that is the "Application Error" error message, the game still wouldn't launch at all, so I'm checking if there's anything more that I can do or just give up at this point or starting a discussion here, hoping that I will receive some other troubleshooting steps. In regards to what troubleshooting steps I've completed, here's the following: 

• deleted the corrupted .dll files
• checked regedit
• checked game files and no missing or corrupted files were found
• ran /sfc scannow through my command prompt as administrator (no problems were found)
• disabled all game overlays
• ran EA App, Steam and NFS2016.exe as administrator
• reinstalled Windows 11 without saving any data

I'm also leaving a screenshot with the error message and a DxDiag file.
