NFS Payback Cannot Connect to EA Server

I have had the same issue for about 2 weeks now. It might have been the Feb 20 update but i am not for sure. Anyways i am playing NFS Payback and keep getting the message "cannot connect to ea servers. Check your connection" when trying to get to Daily Challenges or Shipments. I can play the game just fine but there are no Autolog Recommendations. 

My fiance' is very smart and an electrician so he did all of the necessary * when restarting the router and checking the NAT info and date and time. Also i have never been close to 13 so that is not an issue with my game. What the hell is going on. I am so annoyed. I want my Shipments and Daily Challenges. CAN ANYBODY HELP?     I'm not an expert with these things but a few months back I had a similar issue with a different game. What fixed it for me was following my friends' advice of changing the DNS settings. I changed the primary DNS to 8.8.4.4 and the secondary DNS to 8.8.8.8. I have no idea how or why it worked, but it did.

    So i was sooo hoping that would work, it did not ☹️ Thank you so much for your input though. I did get a different message though saying "your network is good but there are some xbox service issues." I has been so long i just don't get it. Especially cuz i can play the game just fine.

    Gotta fix the time and date on your PS4 to set auto using internet. Set and launch NFS again and it’ll work. Trust me lol I struggled for hours and it’s literally that. You may change the time and date for other games such as DBX2

    I had to change my password for my ea account for it to sync with my PlayStation version of payback...too bad the cocks won't let my old save load.
