Thanks for the responce, I tried clean boot and disabling anti virus and the problem is the same. Please find attached my dxdiag file as requested. Thanks again. Kevin
In command prompt running with Admin rights enter a command then attach to a message list.txt file from root folder of С:\ drive
(set & tasklist /v)>C:\list.txt
Also try to reinstall video driver in this way:
- download DDU, download latest video driver version from Radeon RX Vega
- uninstall current video driver, restart PC;
- boot ur PC in "Safe mode"
- run DDU with Admin rights and clean PC from video drivers files, restart PC in normal mode;
- run downloaded drivers with Admin rights and make "Clean Install", restart PC.

In addition to the suggestions from @MADrag0n, make sure you have all available Windows Updates installed, there are several items in your Dxdiag reporting a failed Windows Update.
Let us know how you get on, thanks.

Thanks Barry I just checked and my windows is fully up to date, no outstanding updates. As I said to madragon his ideas were a bit too technical for me so any other help you could give would help...Kev

Hey madragon thanks for the suggestions really appreciate it. Sorry but both your suggestions are too technical for me. I dont know what DDU is and dont know how to boot to safe mode. I do always select clean install when i update gpu drivers as i know this is safer. Thanks anyway.
