Same here, though it's not that it's not there (blower), it's on the back seat "panel"... you can literally see it from the back. And yes, there are no changes besides rims, that's it, it just resets some visuals so I had to change them back to previous that I liked, though nothing really changed, oh and not sure if it existed, but different hood showed up for me, with the top air intake gap, where before I had the air outtake gap hood place.

Race superbuilds convert the car into a midship, you might not have noticed due to the tinted windows. If you remove the window tint you can clearly see the engine with the huge bug catcher where the back seat should be. Likewise if you crash the car and manage to get the hood open you'll notice that it no longer has an engine at the front, pretty cool.
What isn't cool is that cars still make turbine noise, even though they appear to have a supercharger.
