NFS Payback Exclusive Pre-Order theme (PS4)

So I pre-ordered NFS Payback yesterday, because I'm insanely hyped for it. While pre-ordering, I saw that you'd get an exclusive pre-order theme (at least on the PS4) After pre-ordering, I couldn't...

    PlayStation support told me that the theme starts downloading when the game starts downloading (3 days before release )

You should receive the theme after checking out.

Go to [Settings] > [System] > [Automatic Downloads and Uploads] and make sure the option to automatically download is enabled. 

If you do not have access to the theme after a further 24hrs then do let us know.

I just downloaded the pre orde deluxe edition but I didn’t check the theme and other packs I only checked the game for faster download purpose. But now I can’t find the option to download the other packs. How do I fix this?
