Hello @cfaebdd56fd117f3,
You should try restarting the download. Check how much space you have left on your drive, sometimes this can be a issue if you have limited space left. Restart your internet connection and check its stability.
This issue has nothing to do with your hard copy, there is no need of buying a digital copy of the game.

Thanks for answering @danisoff , on my PS4 Pro I have 400GB of free space, my internet connection is very stable (I have no problem with any game) and I have already tried uninstalling the game 4 times, I don't know what to do anymore because It doesn't work even with my saved game, but it doesn't work tith a new game either.

Well, that is a very complex issue if it's not working even now. Have you tried talking with EA support?
I would recommend more troubleshooting steps, but its very limited for the Playstation.

I just deleted and installed the game again, and tried a new way, canceled the updates to see if the game works for me without any update that has come out, and I realized that the disk installs and the game starts fine, but in The main screen has the icon below at 98 percent of installation, so now I doubt that the disk is the problem. But I don't know what I can do in that case, EA's help doesn't give me a solution.
