NFS Payback lag and stuttering

Nfs Payback lags and stutters a lot. I downloaded it from Origin launcher. I have tried everything like changing screen resolution and graphics quality but its still underclocking the processor and gpu and the fps are so low.

My gaming laptop specifications are-

AMD Ryzen 9 processor

Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 graphics

16 gig RAM

144Hz Refresh rate screen

Can you please fix this or send me a patch so the game can run flawlessly?
