nfs payback multiplayer error code FTCL5001

how is this fixed because I cant play multiplayer plz ea repond with an answer

I have the same problem and cant go to shipments as well. anyone know what is wrong?

I Had the Issue this morning, 

I closed the game. Through origin i went to my games library,
Right clicked on nfs paback.

"update" and then "repair"

After it said that the game was good to launch i did.

And now it works fine.

Hello, Anyone getting this Error please do the following to Fix the Error Code!

(The solution is to simply update origin and windows.)

I have absolutely nothing to update because my origin and windows are already up to date (yes, I tried updating them). Tried repairing the game, nothing.

Edit: Now after trying to repair and update the game a few times it seems that my game wont even launch anymore. Tried different solutions from what I found on the internet, nothing works. RIP.
