NFS Payback Pre-Ordered Deluxe Edition

I Pre-Ordered NFS PayBack Deluxe Edition about 2 months or so back on PS4, and I have seen screenshots of people having the Need For Speed PayBack and the High Roller Pack (Durable) and the Platinum Car Edition. so I was wondering if when I purchased the Deluxe Edition if I also get the Platinum Car Edition also?
