NFS Payback shipments available ?

shipment not available need for speed payback please help me

I have a problem with the shipments in Need for speed payback. When i go to the shipments tab it says "shipments unavailable". It has been doing the same thing for 2 days.

    @BlindMan2369 i dont know yet. They havent responded to anyone who have complained about this problem.
