@EA_Illium Do you still think that the problem is with us? I think before you do this, take a look at your damn servers. I quit the game because of the cheats of Battlefield 5 and switched to Battlefield 1. I left it because of the cheats, we decided to play NFS Payback, we are facing this problem too, I am sure that thousands of people are experiencing this problem, we are only on the forums. Those of you who are looking for answers, stop creating problems after every server maintenance, fix yourself as a company, don't be money-grubbing, don't ignore us, be player-friendly, you don't fix it without the players reacting, thanks to you, I will see the end of the game without using any shipments.
Is anyone having issues with shipments? Every time I try to open shipments to buy or use my shipments it’s saying shipments are currently unavailable try again later an it’s been doing this for well over a week ! Xbox one

I'm having the same issue with the NFS Payback shipments it's not working for me either I'm on Xbox One
