Nfs payback speed card lvl is stuck
I can't seem to get any speed cards higher than lvl 12. Is there something I have to do?

nothing is wrong here, your car limit might be at lvl 299. that mean you cant use cards over lvl12 each. check the red bar when you buy a car or in your garage it tells you if your car can go at 299 or 399
