NFS Payback VW Beetle Fender/Wheel Bug

I was playing NFS Payback, and am in the process of building a super build derelict VW Beetle
however, when I put on the Alchemist Fenders that extend out further, the wheels did not push out with them, and it looks weird
I tried buying a new one to see of that would fix the issue but ran into the same problem
nothing I do seems to fix it
