Update: it now works after the update yesterday and launches withowithout a problem
Same problem here. The loading screen comes up for a few seconds,.. there is no audible disc activity, and then it dumps me back to the home screen I launched it from. I've made sure that the game has no needed updates, the XBOX 1 S has also been updated, and there are zero apps or games downloading or needing an update. The disk itself appears unblemished, and the xbox has no problem loading other games of mine. This problem was first noticed on Monday
This is the wife's favorite game, and as my games work, she won't purchase Sims4 for our kid till she knows its not our Xbox thats broken in some way
Also, I am wary of uninstalling and re-installing as we have purchased content, and the wife is very scared that I'll lose them on her if I do this.
