Their gonna add it. Its not in the game right now because it was bugging out.

There is missing music and the Forgiato wheels. All the things are in the end game credits.

Is there a link where EA actually states that the non-added cars were bugging out and thus not added?

On Reddit there is a developer post stating the cars will be added in a future patch (basically admitting they released the game unfinished and broken). Don't think they will ever answer on here, though. Just buy a Forza game.
