I have a 20 digit code of NFS Pro Street (PC) that I want to redeem on EA Games, although it keeps saying that the code is invalid. How should I go about this, I cannot find anywhere to buy this game.

I'm having the same problem. In the past years, I had the same problem with my Crysis 2 game with a CD box. After I contacted support and sent them the photo I took, they added it to my account. But now I can't even reach support!
Also in the same boat waiting for a solution!
