Community ManagerAssuming you are trying to install from a disc...try gently cleaning it.
If the same happens, see if you can redeem your Product Code/Game Key via Origin:

If both of those steps fail, you may just need to repurchase elsewhere as Prostreet is no longer available for purchase via Origin.
Origin doesen´t want to take my code. It wants 4x4 code but i have 4x5 code.
