Try to reinstall vcredist_x64 or vcredist_x86. The application is available in the game folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Rivals\__Installer\vc\vc2012Update1\redist
After, reboot your PC and Test.
