NFS Rivals - Unable to complete the last Racer Speedlist / Cop Assignment

With the Assignment completed, I exit the garage (doesn't tell me to enter the Command Post) re-enter it, and it only shows the Summary screen. I select the Assignment and it says it's completed, I exit the garage where it tells me to enter the Command Post, but it still only shows the Summary screen. I select and re-select the Assignment which resets it, I complete Zero Hour again, enter the Command Post, and it STILL only shows the Summary screen instead of actually completing the Assignment.

Same thing for Racer. I enter the garage after completing the Speedlist, and it STILL doesn't show the Speedlist is completed, just showing the Summary screen.

How the hell do I fix this and actually progress past the last Speedlist / Assignment?
