NFS Rivals - Unable to rank up

Hi,

I have difficulities to level up on NFS Rivals on the Xbox 360 console.

It stucks at level 21. This is for racer and cops. Both are level 21.

I can race and do whatever the game offers, I just can't go any higher then level 21. As racer, I completed more then 8 times the grand tour, I have almost all races, hot persuits, interceptors, etc. completed with a gold award, but it just won't rank up. This is the same as cop.

Does anyone has the same issue or provide me with a solution?

    To rank up you have to complete speedlists. 1 completed speedlist = 1 level

    There are 60 speedlists on both sides (racer and cops). You start at level 1 and the highest level is 61 (level 1 + 60 speedlists = level 61)

    Just play the speedlists you haven't done yet. You are level 21, which means that you should have access to all the speedlists you didn't choose during your first story playthrough.

    Hi galford24,

    I wanted to let you know that it worked for me. But Now I've got another issue.

    How do I rewind back to another chapter. As racer I completed Chapter 8 all 3 speedlists, but I want to rewind back to chapter 7. Is that possible?

    You can access speedlists/capters and rewatch cutscenes via "career overview"

    Ok, anyone else having this issue. For the past week or more , each time I reach rank 21, If I log off that night and try to play the next day. I am reset back to 17, I have been on the phone with EA support now for more than a week and no one has been able to resolve this issue. I have tried to do this patiently but I don't know any other way to resolve this without filing a legal complaint. My son has his own XBOX ONE and I logged onto his X1 to test my account and sure as heck it's at 17. I can't keep putting those kinds of hours into this game only to have it reset in the morning when I log back in. Anyone else having this issue? what is the way to resolve this without deleting my account and just not buy any more games from EA or Origin.

    I cant rank up I'm stuck at rank 4 in arcer and 1 in cop and I'm playing 3 days non stop nothing is happening help. Its boring to don't have cars I just waste all my money on this thing!

    I’m haveing the same problem I’m a cop and bought the lambergi pack and I cant get past lv 1

    Well, I'm stuck on 60, as I'm trying to pass level 18 drive, it won't count my drift though, so I'm just stuck
