My xbox arrived via UPS on the 2nd of December. I was able to play public games (with other players) for a few days, then it quit. It's been 6 days now, and still no players in public games. I had a EA rep call me, and I reported the issue. It was explained to me that the XB1 does not clear its own cache, and that it has caused some issues in a few games. I was informed to press and hold the power button in order to do a hard reset and clear the cache, and that it might help. It hasn't helped at all. There are a number of threads on a few different sites, all on this same topic. It is affecting a lot of users, and needs to be remedied.
Every NFS game has some sort of issue, almost as if they are releasing a game before it is even finished. I think I am done with the NFS franchise.
