NFS RIVALS BUG

Hello.I have ps4 and today when i played nfs rivals i saw some racers suddenly disappeard before i wanted to hit them from rear ram.i have the latest update of this game but i dont know why this probl...

    @Sepehr9001

    It is basically the same as defragmenting your Windows hard drive, where it puts all the files in order again.

    However, if you afraid that you might lose files then I would skip it as Sony did indeed display on the help page that in certain cases files might be lost.

Hi Tom
Thanks for forwarding my issue to your team to look at it.
Since three days ago i received 2 network error in the middle of the game in my ps4 with this theme"you must sign in to nfs network and EA servers to play this game".
I want to know how i can resolve this problem?

Hi,

This seems to be related to your connection. Here are some steps that can help you:

  • Shut down your console and router. Now remove them from the power for about two minutes and then restart both devices.
  • Make sure that you use a wired ethernet connection from your router to your console.

Additionally, for optimal gameplay we also advise to either enable UPnP on your router, or to enable port forwarding on the following ports:

  • TCP: 80, 443, 1935, 3478-3480
  • UPD: 3478-3479
