NFS Rivals is full of PC glitches

Hi. My university exams just finished a month ago and I decided to play NFS rivals with my PC.

My PC:

4th Gen Core i7-4790

2x MSI GTX970 SLI

Only to realize that this game is full of bugs and glitches. I really like the gameplay and the graphics, but all these glitches really annoy me to all eternity. 

The glitches I have encountered are:

1. Every once a while I hit a blank road and the game freezes while the audio of a running car keeps on. 

2. The background landscape fails to render properly and faraway objects render only when I get close. 

3. In Hot Pursuit missions, less cars appear at the start of the mission. (ex: when I have to take down 5 cars total to get gold, only two appear at the starting line)

4. The nitrous won't work. 

5. I got stuck between rocks in the forest area of the map and the car wouldn't come out onto the road. 

6. VERY frequent disconnections and host migrations (really p*sses me off)

In most cases, the only way to recover from these glitches is to force close through the task manager and restart the game. 

Will uninstalling and reinstalling the game help with the issue? If so, will uninstalling and reinstalling delete all my progress within the game?
