Clean boot did not help, but since the "Threshold 2" update for Win 10, the x86 version of the game seem to work fine now. The x64 still got the problems.
The upgrade to Win 10 version 1511 (the Threshold 2 update) did not change anything.
Common EA, care about your customers! 😬 Disappointed gamers will less likely buy new games!
Is there any e-mail address of the customer support? I searched for hours and didn't find one... Or any option to create a customer support ticket?

When the game stopped responding to the keyboard, the only way to continue is to kill it via task manager. But as the progress is only saved in hideouts/command posts, all speed points since the previous visit are lost. As cop, i could mitigate the problem by returning to the command post after every won event, but as racer your multiplicator is reset when you return "home" for saving.

Community ManagerYour connection seems to be bouncing back and forth across the Atlantic ocean. This is most likely due to a routing issue with your internet provider and so this is outside of our control. Contacting your ISP may be worthwhile.
As i live in Germany and the server (easo.ea.com) listed on the site with the UOTrace instructions is located in the US, having a route accross the ocean is normal behavior 😉
