I just heard about overwatch and want to play but when logging into the network it says I haven't played..but I have been..what's going on?

What is the platform you are playing on exactly?
If you are playing on console, please make sure you have linked your PSN ID / GamerTag to your Origin Account.

Xbox 360 when I try to connect to Xbox live it says "that account has already been linked to a different origin id
Alright I see, then you have two Origin accounts.
The first thing to do is to unlink them. To do so, you have to contact us via phone.
For this particular query, you'll be asked a number of questions to assure account ownership and this is the reason why they need to talk to you directly via phone.On the help center, can you see the "Call me now" option?
Clicking Call me will allow a Game Advisor to call you back - (here is the link)If you do not see this option or if the contact number is not displayed please let us know.
Once your accounts are unlinked you will be able to select the appropriate account and link your Gamer with.
