When I first start NFS Rivals on my PC, everything goes ok, but when the training for cop or racer screen pops up, the screen freezes. I try pushing enter but that does nothing. I've tried restarting the game, origin, and my laptop, But nothing works. I just got this game and I'm trying to decide weather to return it and get a refund or not. Can you pleeease help me?

If that doesnt work could you please upload a DXDiag for I or a fellow Answers HQer to review, if you don't know how to DXDiag follow these steps please,
To Gather DXDiag Info,
1) Press Win+R
2) In the run box type 'DXDiag' then hit enter
3) If you have a 64-bit PC click the button 'Run 64-bit DxDiag' (if you have a 32bit PC this option will not be avaliable)
4)Press 'Save All Information'
5) To share this file with me upload it to http://hastebin.com/ and share URL
