Purchased the Ferrari pack and not showing up anywhere in my garage...please help....

On PS4 platforms usually you have to restore the licences:
- Restore Licenses
If you become unable to start content you downloaded from PlayStation®Store or become unable to use add-on content, this might fix the problem.
Select [PSNSM] > [Restore Licenses].
- Activate Primary PS4
Setting your PlayStation® 4 as your Primary system
- If it’s a physical copy: Insert disc in the system
