NFS Rivals taking forever to start

Rivals running on Xbox One just got another update today, Feb 22.

It promptly forgot the last race that I won and went back to the previous chapter (thanks a lot!).

The update STILL hasn't fixed the map randomly popping up and ruining a race.

I restarted the Xbox after the game froze in the garage, and now the game gets to the loading screen (Loading icon in bottom right corner and random tips popping up) and NEVER gets to the garage screen.

I've restarted the Xbox multiple times, taken the disc out and reinserted it, but the game still won't get to the garage screen.

PLEASE HELP!
