NFS Rivals Update Xbox One

So apparently some friends have already updated the game on the PS3 and Xbox 360, but when I checked today on my Xbox One, it wouldn't update. Is all that still happening today or tomorrow?

I just bought the NFS Rivals complete edition with all the DLC but I cant see the Jaguar and Ferrari cars on my garage. Is there a way to fix this?
