NFS Rivals will not put me in a Public Game

Just recently, I am having trouble playing with other players on nfs rivals for the xbox one. While online and connected to the appropiate servers, I am placed into a game by myself when searching for a public game. I retried plenty of times and everytime I would be by myself and no one would ever join. And to assure you it isn't my internet, I switched it to friends game and successfully had a friend join within moments. I have played with 5 others in a public setting before, but now I cannot. What's wrong?

I'm having the same issue - only got the game yesterday and thought I was playing with other people but doh nope, just the console.

Ive also had the same issue since friday 6th Dec it will let me invite players to the game im in and the game as you also stated is public not private or friends or solo

Same here. Also on Xbox One. Worked the first time I played and never again after that. Reset router, hard reset console, unblocked ports, switched to wireless, and nothing works. So annoying that one of the games biggest selling points does not work.
Friend game apparently works, so if you want to play add bs000 on Xbox One.

Mine worked before Dec 6. Once Dec 6 hit, I could never play with anyone, even re-joining public matches 6+ times.

same here. i can play online with black flag and killer instinct but not nfsr without adding friends.

Same issue here. Seems the care more about bf4 working than this. You would think ghost or ea would have the human decentcy to at least acknowledge the problem or give some sort of reassurance that they will fix it. Just remember peeps if u live in the UK and there is a major issue that affects the core gameplay and it is not acknowledged within 7 working days, you are entitled to a full refund. Just like the issues with tdu2 . hit em where it hurts and they soon buck up, especially after the big share drop from bf4 issues.

I have checked and indeed, this is a known issue. If you can't join a multiplayer game on Xbox One, keep trying to join and eventually you should be able to. The team is working on a solution.
