NFS RIVALS

Im having hard time with NFS RIVALS, Ea had issue loading my cloud, waited days and days, still the same, they say i can still launch it and i did, i lost all progression, the cloud isnt working anymore, and no local folder to save either, there is nothing wrong with steam, it all start on EA app, they cant tell me why the cloud isnt working on only this game, i deleted everything to reinstall freshly but nothing, it just wont create a local save folder and i cant count on Ea and their cloud about it either as they mostly fail to help on whatever the issue is. I tried admin start, reinstall, nothing can save my game, it is a issue only on Rivals.
