i would have to dis agree with most of your complains
as im NFS no limits beta player
1) some of the players who lost progress
EA team and firemonkey developers refunded them
in a very generous way such as up to 1 million cash 1k fuel tank . up to 10k gold .cars Blueprints even some gave them cars that they didnt had .
range differences on the player progress. you can search in youtube they made videos and were very happy or they were posting in facebook nfsnl pages
rest still waiting for ticket reply because it takes time and you should be patient
2) i had the same issue but now whenever i crash your race ticket and fuel get back to the moment you didnt race yet thats in the new update
3) i played that race over and over but its seems its fine for me . as for rewards ots basically luck
it might help to try to reinstall the game BUT make sure you already sign in and upload save game then download
and not to press home buttom on random times or while racing
