NFS SHIFT stuck on loading screen

Hi,  I have a little problem with NFS Shift. When I start carrer mode, first there is some kind of test drive, after that there should have been a race. The problem is that after test drive the race...

Set the compatibility mode to Windows XP Service Pack 3.
1. SHIFT.exe settings
2. compatibility
3. compatibility mode to Windows XP

    I did it already, I wrote it in a first post... i tried compatinility mode with all systems, none of them works.
