NFS The Run cannot launch

Windows 11. I tried compatibility mode and couldn't start the game with any options

    @EA_Illium I did not receive any error messages. When I clicked on the play button on the EAapp, the game did not start and nothing happened. The play button on the EAapp lit up again, but clicking it again still couldn't start it

    Hi @DecreeNo9 

    Thanks for the further clarification, can we give the following a try when you have a moment?

    1. Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
    2. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
    3. Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    4. Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
    5. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

    @EA_Illium I'm sorry for the late reply. I've tried everything and none of them worked. I still can't play the game. I will go to EA help to find real-time assistance next

    Did you get the game to work? I can't get it to work on my desktop but it works on my Asus Rogue Ally. They are both running windows 11.  I have tried everything.
