NFS The Run Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL Error: 0x000000c1.

I downloaded NFS The Run from EA app on PC. When I tried to run it, I got his error message. It had Chinese characters too.

I searched online for some fixes, but they were for other games, and none of them worked. I tried going into C: > Program Files > EA Games > Need for Speed The Run > __Installer > directx > redist > DXSETUP.exe to install it. But after I installed it, I still got the error when trying to launch the game. I even restarted my PC and tried again, and still got the error. I also clicked on Manage > Repair on EA app but I still got the error when trying to launch the game.

How can I make this game run? Someone, please help me. If you can make a video of how to fix it, that would be awesome. Thanks
