NFS Heat - Daily Challenges not working - "Don't Quit your day Job"

It is since January 27 that myself and many other players cannot see or refresh the daily challenges on need for speed Heat.  I have reported this several times to EA support but they refuse to acknowledge the issue. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing console cache, downloading save files from the cloud and nothing seems to fix this issue. This seems like a server bug and it is not client sided like some of the agents have suggested. 

EA support has informed me that they would notify the techs but sadly, I have not received any updates. This bug is making the platinum/100% unobtainable as we need the daily challenges in order to complete the trophy/achievement.
