NFS Undercover Challenge Series
I bought a new copy of NFS Undercover today. As i wanted to play a few Challenges i noticed that i couldnt start any of them. Ill keep smashing the button to enter a challenge but nothing happens.

As far as I know, the only way to get the Challenge Series is to buy the original EA DVD version, then download and install patch 1.0.1.18. I don't know if there are any other versions of Undercover that patch 1.0.1.18 will work with. I have read that the patch will not work with the Origin version.
I have the origin version and its up to date...version 1.0.2.1...if it wasnt like that i wouldnt see them...
This a link to a video that starts off showing the screen to the Challenge Series when you first start it. There's a second image used later on in the Challenge Series. Is this what you see with the Origin version?
- I see the first image ! The Origin Version is up to date !!!!! It just wont do anything if i press enter to start a challenge !!!

1. I can access the challenge series via the pause menu
2. I can choose what challenge i want to play
3. I CANT start any of them BECAUSE if i press ENTER it does NOTHING
How often do i have to explain you my problem until you * understand it.... You are just telling me things i already know but fact is that i run into a BUG was that so hard to understand ???
I tried this again, when I get to the Challenge Series menu, I can either press the enter key or I can click on the left mouse button to start an event. I'm wondering if pressing a button on your controller would also start an event, but this could depend on the controller.
What happens if you press the "1" key tor event details?

Then this is probably a bug with the Origin version. Since the Origin store is still selling NFS Undercover (as of Feb 25, 2019), you could try contacting EA support to report the bug and find out if they already know about this bug and if they plan to fix the bug.
The only version that I know where the Challenge Series does work is the EA DVD-ROM version of the game, with patch 1.0.1.18 installed. If you consider getting the EA DVD version, you'll have to do a web search to find and download patch 1.0.1.18. If you can't find it, I saved it and could send it to you. The EA web site that had patches for all of the older EA games is now shut down. This version of Undercover uses an activation process as opposed to media based protection, so it should run on Win 10 as well as Win XP, Win 7, Win 8.
