NFS Undercover License Issue

How do you get someone in EA to give you support details for NFS Undercover - licence limit reached- problem when they close you case? I need to contact support to get them to reset my licence number, the help page sends you around in circles and when you get help they say you need to contact support!

    @XTurboTedX For this one, you can try chatting with the following steps but really email is the best for this one. It may take a bit longer, but not everyone on chat may have the ability to assist with the license.

    For chat

    You can contact our live support on our Help Site. To request a chat or open a case through email. First, clear the browser history and cache from the main browser you use.

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option

    Email 

    You can use this link and you will need to list as much info as you can about your game and platform and the license.
