NFS Underground 2 installation

Hello!
I wanted to install nfs underground2 on my pc and there is a problem. I have disk1 and the activation code but I can't seem to find disk2 to finish the installation process. Do I have a chance to solve it?

I just bought the NFS Rivals complete edition with all the DLC but I cant see the Jaguar and Ferrari cars on my garage. Is there a way to fix this?
